3P Media is a unified Google marketing solutions provider and a certified team of Google Ads and Google Marketing Platform experts, spanning Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and enterprise platforms like DV360, SA360, and CM360.

We're looking for an Assistant Manager with hands-on experience on Google Advertising ecosystem to join our team

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of high-value clients, supporting their Google marketing needs and ensuring optimal campaign performance.
• Plan and optimise Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) in line with client goals and budgets.
• Identify, onboard, and activate new brands and businesses into the Google Ads ecosystem.
• Foster strong relationships with new and existing clients, working closely with sales and creative teams to craft compelling pitches and campaign proposals.
• Partner with client stakeholders to align marketing strategies with broader business objectives.
• Review campaign performance regularly, surfacing insights and optimisation recommendations to clients.
• Develop and maintain detailed internal reports and documentation with precision and accuracy.
• Participate in weekly team meetings, maintaining a robust internal and external reporting and update process.
• Act as the first point of contact for technical support and client queries, delivering prompt and effective assistance.

Requirements

• Prior experience at a digital marketing or advertising agency is required.
• Demonstrated experience managing client accounts, with hands-on responsibility for running Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong working knowledge of Google Ads and the broader Google marketing ecosystem (GA4, GTM, YouTube Ads); familiarity with DV360/SA360/CM360 is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and nurture strong client relationships.
• High proficiency in preparing and maintaining detailed reports and documentation with precision.
• Strong organisational abilities to manage internal processes, operational tasks, and multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Solid technical grounding to troubleshoot client queries and provide first-level support.
• A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
