- Act as the company's finance representative to clients, handling collections, payment follow-ups, and related client communications.
- Maintain clear documentation and audit trails for all reconciliation, invoicing, and collections activities.
- Escalate unresolved discrepancies or risk items to the team leader with supporting analysis.

- 3–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, reconciliations, or a similar role.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Xero.
- Strong understanding of financial reconciliations, invoicing, collections, and financial reporting processes.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Confident and professional communication skills, with the ability to communicate directly with clients regarding financial matters.
- Ability to manage multiple business units, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.

Key Attributes
- Highly organised and process-driven, with a methodical approach to reconciliations, audits, and reporting.
- Proactive in identifying issues and taking ownership of resolving them rather than simply flagging them.
- Comfortable representing the finance function when communicating with clients and external stakeholders.
- Reliable and accountable when managing recurring, deadline-driven financial processes.
Perks
- A spacious office in the heart of Colombo, with an endless supply of tea, coffee and snacks
- An open-minded team that hail from different backgrounds (we don't discriminate on the grounds of ethnicity, religion, gender or sexual orientation - all are welcome!)
